POS
BrandMyMarket POS
A fast retail till connected to the same stock, prices, and customers as your ERP — with hardware that works on the counter.
Overview
For: Cashiers, counter supervisors, and store managers
BrandMyMarket POS is the retail front end of the platform. Cashiers sell against live catalogue and pricing, while every sale feeds the same stock and finance picture as the office.
Built as a desktop app for reliability at the till: barcode scanners, thermal printers, payment terminals, and an optional second screen for the customer.
Wholesale counters need speed under pressure. POS is designed for touch and barcode first, with discounts, loyalty, and multi-tender payments that do not require calling the office mid-queue.
When the till closes, cash sessions and Z-reports give supervisors a clean end-of-day picture that matches what ERP already expects.

Why teams switch
Problems POS is built to end
These are the operational failures wholesale businesses bring to us — and what this product is meant to remove.
Till vs office mismatch
Counter prices and stock do not match the office system, so refunds and disputes explode.
Slow queues
Cashiers fight clunky software while customers wait with full trolleys.
Weak end-of-day control
Cash-up is informal, and nobody trusts the Z numbers.
Hardware friction
Printers, scanners, and card terminals feel bolted on instead of native.
Modules
Inside POS
A full map of the working areas — not a teaser list.
Sales screen
Barcode lookup, quantity controls, line discounts, and campaign prices in one touch-friendly flow.
Payments
Cash, card, split tender, and Teya terminal support for card acceptance at the counter.
Returns & voids
Controlled return and void paths so mistakes and refunds leave a clear trail.
Cash sessions
Open and close sessions with accountability for who ran the till and when.
Z-reports
End-of-day reporting that supervisors can trust and reconcile.
Customer display
Optional second screen so the customer sees lines and totals as they are scanned.
Loyalty & campaigns
Apply promotions and loyalty hooks that originate from central ERP rules.
Printing
Thermal receipt printing configured for the counter hardware you already use.
How a day runs
POS workflow
A practical loop from start of work to closed loop — the way teams actually use it.
- 01
Open the session
Cashier starts a controlled till session before the first sale.
- 02
Sell fast
Scan, adjust quantities, apply campaigns, and take multi-tender payment.
- 03
Handle exceptions
Process returns and voids with a trail the office can review.
- 04
Close & report
End the session and run Z-report so cash and sales reconcile.
Capabilities
What POS delivers

Touch-friendly flows and barcode-first selling keep the queue moving.
Same prices as ERP
No separate till price list drifting away from the office catalogue.
Payments that fit the counter
Cash, card, split tender, and terminal support in one settlement flow.
Supervisor control
Sessions, voids, and Z-reports give managers end-of-day confidence.
Customer-facing clarity
Optional display and printed receipts keep the counter professional.
Hardware-ready desktop
Built for scanners, printers, and terminals — not a generic web checkout.
